And I have the perfect plan, too. Other than just spending the time that I’m writing and thinking about reading actually reading, I have an incremental, step-wise plan to conquer the reading Mountain. Just read short stories!
Seriously. Similarly to how you would do smaller weights before you do larger ones, and how you would probably start back at something smaller after you had spent, a lot of time not doing things, time off the equipment. Well, similar to that incrementalism there, we have some incrementalism that I did without even knowing it back when I was younger. I wasn’t looking for Novels, I was looking for short stories! And this helped me get to the point where I would somewhat casually read a whole book that they made a George Clooney movie based off of, after seeing the movie. Or, maybe even before it.
So, that is what I am going to do today. I am going to dedicate myself to reading at least (A) three short stories a week, and (B) five poems a day, and then ten pages of my (C) Reading Book, a day, too.
If I can do all tHat, I will be successful.
