Being (More) Thrifty
So, a couple months ago, I got the bright idea (it was) to start buying bags of tobacco and rolling cigarettes rather than paying fourteen dollars for them, every time you wanted another twenty or twenty-one. Well, I am just running out of the first ten-dollar bag of tobacco. I was probably buying three packs a week, or so, maybe four, some weeks. That’s like forty-something dollars a week for two or so months, 320 dollars. Versus ten bucks, for the bag.
Now, the rolling papers cost about three dollars for, I think depending on the brand, fifty of them. Maybe, maybe a little less, and with some of them, it’s more like twenty, for three dollars. But still, that’s less than a dollar for the tobacco plus three bucks or so to equate to a pack or two packs of cigarettes, which would have been fourteen dollars–plus.
Let’s just say, I’ve saved a Ton of money.
