I have a few more things, from some of the stuff I’ve looked at as well as from my own sort of Experience.

The Right Input

As Mark Passio talked about in his great Natural Law seminar, garbage in, garbage out. As David McEwen, who seems to be a very good (if not totally trustworthy; the way he drops a 9/11 in this part of the video, and follows it up by symbolizing what he’s talking about in terms of being in a building and being on the higher floors, is just one step too far into “You’re probably the Illuminati” territory), talks about, the people who are in positions of spiritual influence, or who have taken them (and/or are currently taking them), help keep other people from getting their level of influence by keeping them bogged down with unhealthy lifestyles and shitty influences.
